My name is Mark A. Smith, Jr., and I've spent nearly two decades leading thousands of employees in Sales, Customer Experience, and Operations.
As a Sales leader, I've generated more than $1 billion in revenue in B2C, SMB, and SaaS.
I now spend my time advising C-suite executives, writing for my 134,000+ Linkedin connections and followers, and volunteering around 30 hours a week in our local school district.
Why release the book online?
Honestly ... I'm too impatient to go get a book deal, and I don't want to be told what to write.
By releasing the book online, I'll be able to release content faster, have meaningful engagement with my readers, and, when the time is right, allow a traditional publisher to put it into print.
While I already have 34 chapters complete and ready to release, by doing so online I can change the order of chapters to meet the needs of my readers. I love feedback, as it helps me add more value to the content!
